Every instance of 'WeakMap' must include the same type parameters

While developing an Ionic App, I encountered a strange issue. Everything was running smoothly until I cloned the source code to a different machine, which resulted in an error that is displayed in the attached image.

Even though there are no compilation errors on the original machine, I made sure to verify that the Ionic, npm, typescript, and node versions were the same on both machines.

I'm puzzled by what could be causing this discrepancy. Any ideas?

For anyone encountering the same issue, I was able to resolve it by removing the global node_module directory located at

C:\Users\{user_name}\AppData\Roaming\npm\node_modules

Additionally, in my situation, there was another folder found at C:\node_modules as referenced at the end of the error message.
