Exceeded maximum stack size error encountered in Ionic 2 Tab bar functionality

When I attempt to incorporate a tab bar into my application, an error message saying "Maximum call stack size exceeded" is displayed

It appears that the issue has been resolved in a more recent version and you may be using an outdated one.

  1. To update app-scripts, navigate to your app's root directory:

npm remove @ionic/app-scripts

npm install @ionic/app-scripts

  1. Update the Ionic client by running:

npm remove -g ionic

npm install -g ionic

  1. While not directly related to the issue, consider changing

templateUrl: 'build/pages/profile/profile.html'

to

templateUrl: 'profile.html'
