Incorporating VUE into the current MVC razor page app

I currently have a MVC razor page application. After clicking the login button on the home page implemented in MVC Razor, I want to switch to using Vue JS for other pages. How can I achieve this transition and link to the Vue.js components?

Answer №1

In order for the login button to redirect to a Vue component, it must be within a Vue Instance. Utilize Vue Router for proper redirection.

However, if you aim to create a seamless single page application, combining asp.net mvc views with vue.js may lead to complications in the long run. It is recommended to integrate web API services using dotnet core and utilize Vue as the client for smoother functionality.
