Tips for enabling custom tags in the tinyMce editor

      <textarea><div style="margin-top: 15px;"> <div class="dropdown "> <p> hello my name is <Enter Your Name> </p> <p> hehe</p> </div> </div> </textarea>

My hope is that the text will display in a text editor as: **hello my name is <Enter Your Name> ** Within the tinyMce Editor, my goal is to allow the use of angle brackets solely for non html tags.
