Transforming TypeScript declaration files into Kotlin syntax

Has there been any progress on converting d.ts files to Kotlin? I came across a post mentioning that Kotlin developers were working on a converter, but I am unsure about the current status. I also found this project, which seems to be using an outdated compiler and has some complexities in its implementation, making it more than just a simple file converter.

Answer №1

The project you've referenced is currently the leading option. Our team intends to continue development on the converter and elevate it to a high standard of quality (including support, documentation, etc.) following the release of Kotlin 1.0.
