Utilize an array of observables with the zip and read function

I'm struggling with putting an array of observables into Observable.zip. I need to create a function that reads values from this dynamically sized array, but I'm not sure how to go about it. Does anyone have any suggestions?

import {Observable} from "rxjs/Observable";
import "rxjs/add/observable/zip";

obsArray;

functionName():Observable<any>{
  return Observable.zip(...obsArray, (arg1, arg2, arg3, ...) => {
       return { arg1: arg1, arg2: arg2, arg3: arg3, ...}
  })
}

Answer №1

Combine the elements of the array with the zip function and get the response object. You can check the length using res.length and then iterate through it using a for loop or forEach loop.

import {Observable} from "rxjs/Observable";
import "rxjs/add/observable/zip";

obsArray;

functionName():Observable<any>{
 return Observable.zip(...obsArray)
}
