I have encountered a bug where, despite setting the language of Windows 10 to Italian and adjusting the decimal separator in the control panel, our website is unable to display numbers with it. Is there a way to instruct devextreme to use the comma specified by the operating system while keeping the grid translation in Italian? Additionally, I am interested in learning more about how the culture of the operating system interacts with that of my website. Can you provide guidance on what to study in order to understand this interaction better?
