You won't find the property 'includes' on a type of 'string[]' even if you're using ES7 features

I encountered a similar issue on another page where it was suggested to modify the lib in tsconfig.josn. However, even after changing compile to es7, the same error kept appearing and the project couldn't be compiled or built.

The issue with the code not working is due to the utilization of ng-packagr for packaging a section of the code, which failed to recognize the tsconfig.json lib.

To resolve this problem, I included languageLevel in the ng-package.json file, overriding the target to "es5" and enabling the creation of an es7 file.

Make the identical adjustment as follows:

within the tsconfig.lib.json file of your library project.
