Ways to improve page loading speed in Angular 4

Completed a project using Angular 4 with a .Net web API backend. Encountering slow loading times of 1 to 2 minutes consistently when trying to access my website. While familiar with lazy loading and module division concepts, unable to implement them currently. Seeking alternative solutions or suggestions to improve loading times. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Answer №1

Before making any improvements, it's important to identify the root cause of your slow loading resources. Is it a server issue, caching problem, or simply a large file size?

Analyze your website using tools like Google Page Speed and GTmetrix for detailed performance reports.

Consider implementing Angular caching solutions by exploring various npm packages available in the market.
