Is there a solution to addressing the issue (whether it be a root cause) that arises when I hover over nodes in a network graph in Highcharts?

While exploring the nodes on a network graph using highcharts, I have encountered some unusual behavior.

  1. During node hovering, I noticed a strange occurrence where a replica of the node (same color) appears on the line connecting to the pillar. The actual image is depicted in the figure when hovered over, and I am unable to determine the underlying cause of this issue.

  2. When hovering over any pillar or initiative, the pillar not associated with the hovered node displays oddly, as shown in the image. This does not provide a visually pleasing experience, especially regarding the lines within the pillar.

Answer №1

  1. The reason for this is the halo class that is automatically applied on highcharts. Setting the halo size to 0 resolves the issue.
